Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-12

Draft — pending legal review. These terms reflect how ViewsBrain operates, but they have not yet been reviewed by counsel.

These terms govern your use of ViewsBrain (viewsbrain.com), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY — Czech s.r.o., registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

ViewsBrain provides analytics about publicly available YouTube content: outlier detection, video breakdowns, channel statistics and competitor activity feeds, plus optional machine-generated suggestions (AI write-ups and title analyses). Using ViewsBrain also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, since the product is built on YouTube API Services.

2. Accounts and seats

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization. Team seats are limited by plan (Creator and Studio: 1 seat; Agency: 3 seats). One person per seat — credential sharing is not permitted.

3. Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax and issues invoices; their checkout terms apply to the transaction.
  • No free tier, no trial — and a 14-day money-back guarantee instead. If ViewsBrain isn't useful to you, email support@viewsbrain.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
  • Upgrades and downgrades are prorated and apply immediately. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-export our data programmatically outside the provided API (Studio+ plans); resell or redistribute ViewsBrain data as a competing service; use the service to harass creators; attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limits; or reverse-engineer the service. White-label reports (Agency) may be shared with your clients; raw data access remains per-seat.

5. Breakdowns and AI-generated content

Video breakdowns are statistical comparisons calculated by ViewsBrain from public YouTube data. They show what was different about a video compared with its channel's other uploads — correlations, not causes — and are not guarantees of how any video, including yours, will perform.

AI write-ups and title analyses are machine-generated suggestions, not guarantees. AI write-ups are produced by an AI model; title analyses use AI scoring when it's available and a built-in rule-based scorer otherwise. An AI write-up is generated once per video and shown to every member viewing that video, so it isn't exclusive to you.

We make no promises about the performance of content you create based on any of them. You own what you make, and you're free to use the breakdown, write-up and analysis text in your work.

6. Data accuracy

Statistics reflect public YouTube API data at the time of refresh (at most 30 days old, usually much fresher) and may differ from YouTube Studio's internal analytics. Estimated revenue figures are rough public-RPM-based ranges, clearly labeled as estimates.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without uptime warranties (Agency plans include priority support). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law.

8. Termination

You can cancel any time (effective end of billing period). We may suspend accounts that violate §4 after notice, or immediately for abuse that affects other customers or our YouTube API compliance.

9. Changes and governing law

We'll notify subscribers by email of material changes to these terms. Czech law governs; disputes go to the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
